I used to make KARAAGE BENTO once a week for my son when he was a middle school and high school student. He said he can eat it EVERY SINGLE DAY because it is so delicious!
When it comes to Bento, the food should taste delicious even if it is cool (or room temperature.) Karaage is the best food for bento because it doesn't lose its taste!

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Mirin
1 teaspoon grated ginger/garlic
3 tablespoon potato starch
