IMPORTANT: I accidentally switched which is the front and which is the back. The REAL info is this:
Create 4 points on the back and 2 points adjacent to each other on the front.

the points are made like this:

row 1 - 2: ch 3, 1 dc in each st
row 3 - until there are 3 sts left: 2 dc tog, 1 dc in each st until 2 st left, 2 dc tog.
