VICTORINOX GERMAN ARMY KNIFE, made by Victorinox and about 15 or more other contractors. Victorinox produced these from 1976 to 1986. The knife was issued to troops from 1976 to 2003, then replaced by the Victorinox Trecker or one handed GAK. One of the first 108mm knives from Victorinox, and one of the first Victorinox to use nylon scales. Classic Victorinox blade shape, but it is 3-1/4" long. Has saw blade, with large regular screwdriver, and a cap lifter, and (on this years version) a match striker/nail file. This file was added in 1985 and this knife is sometimes referred to as the GAK 2. On the back of the knife it has an awl (longer than a normal Victorinox awl), and a corkscrew. (the small eyeglass screwdriver does not come with the knife, I added that separately. Thank you for watching! If you have any questions, feel free to ask them in the comment section below.
