This dish is usually spicy in taste rather than other restaurant style paneer dishes and goes well with naan or paratha. Ingredients:
3 tbsp- ghee
1 tsp - cumin seeds
Pinch of asafetida
1 -bayleaf
1"- cinnamon stick
1- big cardamom
2- green cardamom
1/2 tsp- dry ginger powder
1 - chopped green chilli
2 tbsp- fresh coriander
2 tbsp- cashew powder
1 - chopped tomato
1/2 tsp - cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp- coriander powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp- kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp- coriander powder
1/2 tsp - chaat masala
1/2 cup - precooked tomato paste
1/2 tsp - sugar or if u want you can reduce the quantity to 1/4 tsp
1/2 cup - khoya
Salt to taste
1 tsp - kasuri methi
6-7 - raisins
2-3 tbsp- fresh cream
150 gm - paneer
8-10- roasted or fried cashews
