Minecraft 1.18.1: How To Make Armor Stands Attack You, Protect You, or Walk Around
To make the armor stands attack you use a hostile mob like a zombie. To make the armor stand protect or defend you use a wolf and to make the armor stand walk around use a passive mob like a cow or sheep.

The command: tp @e[tag=follow] @e[tag=me,limit=1]
/summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Invulnerable:1}
