This is a video by ResMed explaining the comparison between the S9 Autoset and it's biggest competitor the System One 60 Series by Philips Respironics. ResMed is coming out with their new platform the S10 series soon. It will be interesting to see what changes ResMed implements into a very good platform already. I suppose in order to stay on top you have to always be looking to improve quality and technological advancements which ResMed seems to be good at executing.
