Creamy Vegan Chocolate Pudding.
Ingredients
1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
2 tsp agar agar
1.5 tbsp tapioca starch, or other starch
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar, or other sugar
1 pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract, or 1 pinch of vanilla seeds
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add the coconut milk with all the other ingredients, stir well with a whisk. Add the mixture to a saucepan.
Bring it to a boil on a stove, stirring continuously.
Once it has boiled for a few seconds, turn off the heat.
Fill the pudding into glass jars or bowls.
Let them cool down at room temperature for around 30 minutes, then add them to the fridge for 2-3 hours to cool down and firm up.
