Congratulations to The Promenade on their groundbreaking! The site will become the first-of-its-kind active adult community in northeastern Wisconsin, is a niche lifestyle community for those 50 years and older. Tenants of The Promenade, an 83 unit complex, will have access to many wonderful amenities such as a pool, wellness center, walking trails, pickleball courts, underground parking, cafe and the newest branch of the Brown County Library.
