A party classic - I remember eating this as a kid, and feeling soooo spoiled!

Serves EVERYONE!
Ingredients:
1 x bag of snack Mars Bars
3 x Cups Rice Bubbles
1 x tbsp Golden Syrup
50g Butter
250g Chocolate
50g Coconut Oil
Method:
1. Chop mars bars into small pieces
2. Place butter and mars bars into a large pot and melt together, constantly stirring to avoid burning
3. When the chocolate is melted, ass golden syrup and stir hard until fully combined - try to get rid of all the lumps
4. Turn off the heat and add rice bubbles - mix until everything is evenly coated
5. Spread the mixture evenly into a prepared tray (I prefer to use baking paper)
6. Refrigerate until set - at least half an hour
7. Place a bowl on a double boiler and melt together chocolate and coconut oil until fully smooth and combined
8. Pour over slice and spread until even
9. Refrigerate until set, and slice into small pieces
10. Eat with friends - or on your own for a treat!
Personal note: I found I didn't really need 50g of coconut oil - in fact, as a personal choice you COULD leave it out alltogether, though the harder chocolate may be tougher to cut and chew. Your choice here.
Also, you don't need an 'extra large' bag of snack pack mars bars - a regular 12c pack does just fine :) I went a little over board... because... well... DUH. Chocolate!
*** I find you need to slice the piece quite small, as the slice is very rich - but SUPER delicious :)
