The Meru governor Peter Munya has asked the Deputy President William Ruto to stop enticing Meru residents with Harambee funds but deliver Jubilee administration development pledges.
Governor Munya said while the DP was contributing to Fundraisers in Meru, he should also ensure dams and roads are built in the county.
On Sunday Ruto atended three funds drives in Meru.
