Polyurethane Vacuum casting, is a manufacturing process used to create small quantities of high-quality plastic parts. It involves creating a mould of the desired part and then injecting liquid plastic or metal into the mould under a vacuum.
Injection molding is a complex manufacturing process. Using a specialized hydraulic or electric machine, the process melts, injects and sets plastic into the shape of a metal mold that’s fitted into the machine.
