Ingredients -:

Flour - 3 cups
Lukewarm water - 1- 1/2 cup
Instant yeast - 1-1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 - tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

For filling -:

Ground chicken - 350 g
Oil - 2 tbsp
Green bell pepper ( Chopped) - 1/2 cup
Half of small onion
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato - 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp

Mozzarella cheese - 1 - 1/2 cups
