As a batter and a captain in elite cricket over a period of 13 years there have been a few key ingredients to my success and longevity that I would like to share with you.
The first ingredient is having the guts to pursue your passion in combination with a stack of resilience to try something against the grain.
Second is an ability to recognise when it's time to change and being able to score goals even when the goalposts shift.
Third is figuring out what it means to be a leader and what vision you have for your team.
And finally it is actually following through with doing things differently.
