this is how I trained to get into the British Army and pass the assessment centre. it took me about 8 months all in all, but i didn’t have much strength to begin with. this video was highly requested, so i hope it helps you on your fitness journey - whether it’s for the military or not. let me know if you want any more Army videos. see you on saturday for another video!
