WARNING: RUNNING HHO GAS UNDER PRESSURES HIGHER THAN 12 PSI IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! REPLICATING THIS HHO GENERATOR IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
high pressure HHO Chemical reactor is used to bring up distilled water and NaOH (sodium hydroxide) to 100 psi at 80-200F. the single 24 inch 3/4 inch stainless steel tube cell patterned after Stan Meyer's is driven by dual 1/2 wave DC at 5 VDC at 200-250 amps. Cell runs 140-280F at 200 amps at 4 VDC. This is a dangerous and fussy system. The system exhibits a "heat cycle" behavior. The output end of the cell runs the hottest at approx. 200-300F, the input end of the cell runs at 100-200F, the reactor tank temp at the top of the unit runs 80-180F, the bottom of the reactor tank runs 80-140F. The max. amps run thru the circuit that seems to be the sweet spot is 200 amps at 3.0 to 4.0 VDC dual half wave power supply. The power draw of the system is from 600-900 watts. the resistance of system (including the catalyst in the water) is .014 to .018 ohms.
