Massive fight in Armenia's parliament as lawmakers grappled with one another. Cameras showed Armenian lawmakers hurling objects across the floor of the house. The scenes of chaos broke out on Wednesday during an ongoing session of parliament. Brawl started after an opposition party member was severely beaten by pro-govt lawmakers. Opposition members threw water bottles at a speaker from the ruling civil contract party. Incident sparked brawl, forcing the speaker to pause the session & call in security. Several MPs were removed by security, one lawmaker ended up in hospital with eye injury. Armenia remains split since defeat in war with Azerbaijan for control of Nagorno-Karabakh. The political crisis followed a six-week war last year that claimed around 6,500 lives.
