The largest mainstream passenger airplane today, the Airbus A380, can carry up to 853 passengers from Sydney to Dubai in around for 14 hours. this flight can cost over $1,000 per person. however, spacex's new rocket starship will able to carry 1000 passengers from Sydney to Dubai in just 40 minutes at the cost of $600 or even below 600 dollars per person. but how? what's elon musk's plan to disrupt the airline industry with his Starships? since 2012 spacex is developing the Starship system which is reusable super heavy launch vehicle. it is composed of a booster called super heavy booster and the Starship spacecraft. Starship will able to transport upto 100 tons of payload to Mars, or up to 200 tons of payload to Earth's Orbit. Elon is aiming to launch starship's first orbital test flight as early as July 2021. after the successful landing of the Starship sn15 prototype. and elon believe that when the Starship will be ready for human spaceflight, it will able to carry about 1000 passengers from one point to another point on the earth at the same time. he said the number of passengers will be around 1000, as there will be only couch and no toilets pilot area of food gallery needed. most flight with will only be 15 to 20 minutes. it's basically an ICBM travelling on a Mach 25 that lands. Elon present its plan in 2017. Envisioning suborbital space flight between spaceport offshore from the major Cities. These launch and landing facilities would be far enough to reduce the disruption of a rocket launch noise levels and sonic boom produced by landing vehicles. are connected to fly by a high-speed form of transportation such as, speedboat or Hyperloop. He had also revealed that no superheavy booster will be required for the suborbital flights. In order to meet thrust requirements, a single-stage suborbital Starship spacecraft will include additional two or four raptor engines. suborbital Starship will travel at the speed of 27000 kilometres per hour. so the most flights would only be around 20 or 30 minutes.
