250 grams pork belly
100 grams pork liver
3-4 pieces kikiam
1 medium red onion
6 cups pork broth
2 pieces egg (beaten)
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
spring onions
Slurry: 6 tbsp cassava starch dissolved in 7 tbsp water

Pork Broth: 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorn
8 cups water
