Reasons why Christians should not celebrate Halloween:
1. Halloween is a pagan holiday during which the devil is worshipped, and evil is glorified.
2. Halloween is associated with witchcraft; witchcraft is detestable to the Lord.
3. Halloween celebrates fear and death, while our God is a God of life.
4. Halloween focuses on darkness; light and darkness cannot co-exist.
5. Halloween glorifies the Devil, not God!
6. Celebrating it in an innocent or modern way does not make it acceptable before God.
Ephesians 5:11 calls us to stay away from the deeds of darkness, therefore a committed Christian cannot participate in Halloween.
