It will be very difficult to have a hard conversation with low psychological safety. In this video, I and William Red Davidson discuss how to create/promote a feeling of safety to get to be able to increase transparency teams. In this video Red also shares some activities that he has used to help teams create a safe environment. Safety is vitally important to your teams because if there is no psychological safety you will more than likely have little transparency, and even less ability to inspect and adapt.
