This takes practice and just a little confidence but lay under the bar with the bar above your mid section. Un-rack the bar by twisting the bar with your foot while keeping your balance with your other foot. Re-rack the bar the same way. Come all the way down with the weight so your thighs come outside of your chest, or touching your chest. Really squeeze your gluteus. This is a great booty builder!!
