President Cyril Ramaphosa says while the country has made much progress in addressing racial divisions over the years, the recent racial attacks in Eldorado Park, Senekal and Brackenfell are indicative of a need to improve race relations.
He further lauded the black live matters movement for building momentum around the world advocating for an end to racially motivated violent against black people.
