Chandra Nadi Pranayama
Procedure:
Close your right nostril with the right thumb.
Inhale slowly through the left nostril, until the lungs are completely filled with air.
Exhale slowly from the same nostril, until the lungs are empty. This completes 1 cycle of the Pranayama.
You may perform 10 cycles of this Pranayama.
Benefits:
Produces a cooling effect on the body.
Calms the mind and balances the feminine aspect of the being.
