Jalapeño Popper Hasselback Chicken
This was such a delicious meal that the entire family approved of. If you don’t like spicy food, just do 1 jalapeño or you can leave them out completely.
RECIPE:
1. Cut slices into your boneless skinless chicken breasts (but not all the way through.)
2. Fill the slices with cheddar cheese and bacon.
3. In a bowl, mix together:
•6oz softened cream cheese
•1-2 diced jalapeños
•1 cup shredded mozzarella
•1 cup shredded cheddar
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/4 tsp black pepper
•3/4 cup heavy cream
4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture all over the chicken.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165.
