Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice
4 cups water
salt to taste
1 large cabbage (~2.2lbs)
1 large onion
2 medium carrots
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp favorite seasoning mix
25 oz ground meat (pork + beef)
2 eggs
Sauce:
1 stick butter (113g)
10 oz tomato sauce
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
salt, pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 cups water
