Kettlebell AMRAP X2 💥
This is a great way to challenge your muscular endurance and decision-making skills.
AMRAP stands for As Many Reps (or “Rounds”) As Possible. This means that you determine your pace and effort.
Muscular endurance is challenged by the sheer reps and rounds you’ll be doing in a short amount of time.
Decision-making is challenged by how hard you decide to go, and how you adjust as the workout progresses.
Do AMRAPs with friends to help push each other and build stronger friendships.
AMRAP one: 10 minutes
This is essentially a flow:
Row, Dead Clean, Dead Snatch, Switch.
AMRAP two: 6 minutes
Another flow but with double Kettlebells.
Squat Clean, Right Thruster, Left Thruster, repeat.
For both AMRAPs, rest as needed.
