Labour and Conservatives have set out their public spending stalls.

Labour promised "investment on a scale never seen before" to transform the UK's infrastructure. While the Chancellor Sajid Javid ripped up the Conservative Party's fiscal rules, to fund extra spending on schools, hospitals and transport.
