Cervical spinal stenosis can heal without surgery. If you take that pressure off, getting stronger in the upper trapped muscles and the deep neck, flex their muscles in the front of the neck, can help to depressurize the vertebrae, the joints, the nerves and the disks inside your neck joints. This reduction in pressure literally can fix your cervical stenosis, but you've got to get the right muscles stronger.
