I just got this Bose Music Amplifier, i plugged in and as soon as I did the fan kicked in and got louder and it never stops. It’s unfortunate because the amp connects to all that I needed and has bluetooth and integrates with your phone seemlessly. Customer service tried to help but there was no option to make the fan stop except unplugging the device and there was no option to control the fan. Too bad. It seemed like a great product otherwise.
