If you have a limited budget as I have, there are so many things you can do to take down the cost of renovating and fixing up your place. Im trying to do as much as I can on my own and to use things in my surroundings as building material. Like this terasse and other stone works I've been doing to make my place nice. It also such a good feeling afterwards when you have accomplished something on your own.
