Josie and Fukuya had never done an overnight bike tour before. But when they heard that Darren Alff (the Bicycle Touring Pro) was headed toward their home in Vienna, Austria during his 2018 summertime bicycle tour, Fukuya reached out and asked if it would be okay for him and his 14-year-old-daughter to join the Bicycle Touring Pro on a few days of his bike tour through Central Europe.

It sounded like a fun idea, so Darren, Kevin, Josie and Fukuya packed up their bicycles and began cycling southeast toward the city of Bratislava, Slovakia.
