Daal Maash (Split black gram) 100gms
Daal Moong (dhuli hui) ( Yellow split gram) 100gms
Daal Chaana (Split chickpeas lentils) 100gms
Chawal (Rice) 100gms
Gandum (Wheat) 500gms
Total weight 1000gms
washed and soaked for 4 hours
after 4 hours of soaked
after boiled in water on high flame
set the flame on low boil for 4 hours
meanwhile we make haleem special grama masala

Badiyan Phool (star anise) 6-7
