The suspect backed into a family-owned store in Willimantic, leaving damage. The suspect then burglarizes the place and gets away while the truck spills stolen goods onto the road. A responding officer opened the driver's door in an attempt to stop the truck. The truck crashes on Route 2 in East Hartford, causing delays during the morning commute.
