This makes a delicious bofrot, puff puff or toogbei. It’s so easy to make and so yummy

Ingredients

3 cups plain flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup powdered milk
2 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp yeast
2 and 1/4 cup of warm water

Cinnamon sugar
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon powder
