These were a hit! We made the baked potato chips from the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation's new gut friendly recipes. These are part of the Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED), Mediterranean diet, Low FODMAP, and are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, grain-free, and more.
