August is the time of year to photograph Red grouse in colourful heather. They are an easy bird to approach from a car. I use a simple bean bag to support the OM 150-400mm lens complete with the OM-1 Mk2 camera.
It is a windy day and the car vibrates causing shakey video, but I try out the latest Topaz Video AI software and it does an excellent job of removing the vibration without cropping the picture, which other software does.
Topaz Video AI has other impressive feature too, which I discuss.
There is not much other wildlife on the moors at this time of year, so it is all about the grouse.
