20 minute FUN dance workout for all abilities. All exercises are low impact and performed in a seated position. This is a great workout for you if you have trouble standing during workouts, are a beginner or if you are recovering from an injury. Or if you just want to learn new dance moves!
All moves are set to the beat of the music. If it seems too fast for you, you can just do upper body or lower body. Or, did you know that you can slow the playback speed in your settings?
