Try this Ekadashi Special Rosti which are so easy and gets ready instantly with limited ingredients and giving crispy and flavoured by freshly ground spices, Ekadashi Rostis.

Ingredients
4 medium sized potatoes (2½ cup when grated)
1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
Fasting/ sendha salt to taste
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
5 tbsp roasted semi-crushed peanuts
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
4 tbsp amaranth flour/ rajgira atta
3 tbsp curd
Oil for roasting
