Heres a small glimpse into the #process of @emir_garrett transformation from Summer 18 up to now. This video only shows a fraction of the work that E put in over that time period.

Right off the bat, i knew the thing holding E back was his mechanics. His arm was way behind & dragging.. leaving his elbow & shoulder exposed. We were able to correct this with plyo drills, but struggled for awhile to transfer it to catch play / the mound.

Getting out of your comfort zone with your throwing motion is a hard thing to do. After alot of frustration & failure, he made big progress in early December with recognizing what a proper throw feels like on the mound. From there on out, E took his velo 📈📈 in plyos & on the mound. And finally in late January, he punched 90 for the first time 👀🔥🚀

Throughout the process we got #weird and did a ton of different drills to help him correct his throwing motion. Individualization was key.
