In the United States fallout continues in the wake of the release of a US Senate Intelligence Committee report documenting the massive use of torture by the CIA at Washington's naval base in Guantanamo, Cuba, the United Nations and human rights organizations are calling for the criminal prosecution of those guilty of committing such crimes.
