Calling the Bible the inerrant, infallible Word of God is a slippery slope. The question quickly arises; if the Bible is perfect and if there are no errors, not even one, which version? In English alone there are over 50 versions and all these versions have differences, so if the Bible is perfect, which is the perfect version? Some Christians will assume it's the King James version, but the problem with that is the King James version is not the original. The Kings James version came from the Geneva of 1560 and the Geneva came from the Great Bible of 1539, which then came from the Tyndale of 1525 which of course came from ancient copies and early copies. So it begs the question, should everyone who thinks that the Bible is infallible actually be reading from original manuscripts? If this is true then no one has actually heard the Word of God and it makes it impossible for the commoner, the layperson, ever to hear the Word of God. The end message of these people that say the Bible is infallible, is that you can NEVER know God. You will just try to get to know Him but in a billion trillion years you will never know Him. There is no chance you're going to get your hand on original manuscript, let alone learn those manuscripts to be able to hear one word from God. It's exactly like how Jesus said, these people don't know God themselves and they are blocking the way for anyone else who wants to enter to enter. Jesus Himself is the Word of God, not the Bible. Jesus Himself is infallible, He is perfect, and if the Word comes from Him you can know that it is the truth. Jesus is the way, He is the truth, and He is the life. I encourage you to go straight to Jesus. He will speak to you. He will help you. And He will manifest Himself to you if you are willing to wait on Him in prayer. I am a living testimony that Jesus is alive and that He will speak to you if you are willing to humble yourself before Him. Don't go on this rabbit trail thinking that you have to go back farther and farther learning more and more Bible translations to get to know who God really is. Don't believe these liars who are blocking the way to get to Jesus Christ. Don't call the Bible the infallible Word God. Go to Jesus call upon Him, He is infallible, He is perfect, and all truth comes from Him because He is the truth. Get to know Jesus He will lead you and He will guide you into all Truth.
