Are you a proud owner of a Thermion 2 thermal imaging device? Then, from now on, you can also have internal ballistic calculations displayed directly on your device’s screen!
Enabled via Firmware update 3.3, it’s a real game changer. Here is what you need to do to enjoy increased accuracy in the field:
🔵 Get the Firmware update 3.3 via the Stream Vision 2 app. If, for some reason, you don’t have it yet, it is available for free wherever you get your apps – go download it now!
🔵 Now, it is time to download the Stream Vision Ballistics app to your smartphone. If you already have it, make sure you are using the newest version – if not, get it updated, because using older versions may result in inaccurate calculations.
🔵 At this point, you can start creating ballistic profiles. You can make up to 10 of them. Enter as much information as you can for increased accuracy, and, once you are all done, upload the profiles to your riflescope.
🔵 You can now disconnect from the app. Then, go to the long menu of the device and select one of the profiles you have just created and uploaded.
🔵 Here comes the last step – inputting the preferred distance in the short menu of your device.
🔵 And that is it! Now you will get a suggested point of aim displayed right on your Thermion’s screen.
The update is now available for Thermion 2 XP50 Pro, Thermion 2 XQ50 Pro, Thermion 2 XQ35 Pro, and Thermion 2 XG50 thermal imaging devices – get it now.
