{Intermediate dance level/ Intermediate Fitness Level} This dance definitely delves into a little bit more choreography but still relatively easy (repetition baby!). This dance has a lot of booty skaking, saucy jazz walks, triple down BURPEES, and football runs. Fun all around =)
*notes*
-On that first move--the 3 ct pop into the squat--make those ares super strong and each count should be a pretty intense pop in the chest and roll into that squat LOW.
- You can modify those triple down burpees by only doing a single burpee and slowing it way down OR by just doing the single steps side to side (pretty sure me and Aurelia do the alternate versions here and there)
-Keep low when you jump out of the burpee to go into those football runs, keep it crazy low in th squat to get the full benefit out of that football run!
