GARLIC AND HERB BUTTER

Hi Guys, I added a video with a Slow Roast Shoulder of Lamb that was covered in a herb garlic butter. This is the butter I used and how I make it. It also goes really well with steak, chicken, fish or on a baguette or ciabatta as a garlic bread


90g softened butter
2 cloves garlic crushed
1tbsp fresh thyme
1tbsp fresh rosemary
1tbsp fresh mint
2tbsp fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
