I'm gonna teach you exactly step by step how to get items like that Verizon removed from your credit report. Can you hear me now?
The very first step in order to get Verizon removed from your credit report is you got to get a credit report.
The company that I use is credit mojo. Now for the last 15 years, I've helped hundreds of thousands of people remove millions of accounts from their credit reports. And the reason I use credit mojo is it gives me an accurate credit report that I have the data to dispute. The other reason I like credit mojo is, It allows me to dispute directly with Verizon through their app so I don't have to wait 30 to 45 days for the credit bureaus to respond. So inside credit mojo, you can simply click dispute and actually type in a real dispute versus being pigeonholed in what the credit bureaus want you to select in the next video,
I'm gonna teach you exactly what to say to Verizon to get it removed from your credit report.
Step number two in order to get that Verizon account removed from your credit report is to dispute it.
Like I said earlier, I like to use credit mojo. So once you have your credit mojo account login, click on Verizon and then click on dispute account. This is where most people screw it up, including the majority of credit repair companies, They will simply dispute it as the accounts, not mine because they're like, Hey I had a Verizon account but I don't have an account with the collection company that never works ever.
So do not dispute whether or not it's your account. Instead in your dispute, you wanna say the information you are reporting regarding my Verizon account is inaccurate.
The dates the balance, and the payment history are all different on all three credit bureaus. I'm asking you to remove it from my credit report and send me documentation and all of my account history and in 1 to 2 days you're gonna hear back from Verizon on what they did. Hopefully, it's deleted but if not video number three I'll explain exactly what to do.
Alright, Part number three log into credit mojo and check the status of the Verizon account that you disputed. One of two things is gonna happen. Either they say it was deleted which is great you're done or the account remains. If it remains this is what you wanna do. You wanna print out your credit mojo credit report. Then on the part that has Verizon. You wanna circle all of the inaccuracies. The open date, the last report, the date, the date of the last activity, the payment history, the account number, the balance due, the high balance anything that's inaccurate. Now if you're not sure how to read the credit report, watch one of my other videos when I walk you through how to read the credit report but circle all the inaccurate items. Then send that to all three credit bureaus. Here's what you say in the letter to Experian Equifax and Trans Union. Dear experience. Recently I ordered a copy of my credit report. The information does not match what Verizon sent me. So the open date, the balance, the high, high credit limits the payment history. None of that matches what Verizon sent me. See the attachment and actually attach what Verizon sent to you. Then say I recently spoke to an attorney. He said in order for me to sue you to force you to remove it from my credit report, I have to give you the opportunity to remove it. So here's your opportunity period. If you do not delete this in the next 30 days I will hire the attorney to sue you period sincerely your name
underneath that CC is a local attorney. If you do that, Most likely nine times out of 10, they will remove it from your credit report. If they don't reach out to me and I'll find an attorney to sue them based on the process that I just walked you through. Have a great day
