Found a new Buff Spectre that I think will become a staple in minion builds. 40% movement, attack, cast speed buff. Arena Master. Just be weary of the constant never ending slams they do because they even do it without enemies near, or when your in base, alone, its never silent rofl!


Hope ya enjoy them, I dont think they would be good for damage but for buffing they look to be really sick, perhaps top 3 buffer minion.
