Based on my food allergy test results and the visit I had with my ND, she advised I go on a high fat, no carb diet. In this video, I adhere to those guidelines as you'll come to see!
Breakfast
Ginger
Lemon
Cucumber
Avocado
Spinach
Kale
1 tbsp, moringa powder
1 tbsp, hemp protein powder
Water
Cilantro* (said parsley all video smh)
Lunch
Grilled chicken breast with onion
Cucumber
Kale
Dressing
2 tbsp, flax oil
Dash of oregano
Salt, to taste
2 tsp, water
Squeezed lemon juice
Dinner
3 stalks, celery
1 zucchini
1 c, green peas
1 large onion
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp of yeast-free GoBio vegetable broth powder
2 1/2 c of water
Herbs
1 tsp of a freshly ground cumin, fennel and coriander mix
Dash of dried thyme
Dash of basil
Dash of oregano
Topped with cilantro*
