Comedian and television host Steve Harvey says he isn't doing stand-up comedy because of political correctness and cancel culture.
Harvey said he would only do a stand-up comedy routine at the end of his television career because it could potentially ruin his career. On "Start Your Day," Mike Hill and guest host Najahe Sherman discuss Harvey's comments and their thoughts on the current state of comedy. Sherman brings up points made by comedian Dave Chappelle who also spoke about cancel culture.
