Hugh Jackman is preparing for his return as Wolverine, and this means he's not only training hard, but he's also doing a whole lot of eating.
He says his results come from 30% training, and 70% from his diet. He seems to be using a bulking and cutting approach, where he will try and gain as muscle as possible and then cutting back to look as lean as possible for filming.
At the moment he seems to be in the middle of his bulking phase, and is constantly eating to take in 5,000 clean calories per day.
