👉Student rooms vary in size

👉The following services are included in the rental fee:
- Furnished room
- Normal use gas, water, electricity
- Communal (local) taxes
- Internet
- Care-taker services
- Use of cooker, refrigerator, cutlery and pans, vacuum cleaner and washing machine
- Set of bed linen (including duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillow case, sheet)

👉For package fee students (visa-students), including non-European exchange students, it is compulsory to rent the accommodation through Saxion Universities of Applied Sciences during the first academic year. It is not needed to apply for accommodation, this will automatically be arranged for you.
